Round one is an on-site interview with the HR. Mostly just behavior questions. You are also asked to explain a technical topic, but apparently the purpose is see if you know and can explain technical topics clearly.

Round two is a one-on-one interview with the EIT program manager. The key answer he wants to know is if you would like to rotate to a field role.

    Interview

Had my interview on school campus, it was less than 30 minutes long. There were two people from the company, one from the HR, the other one from the engineering department. The interview was really straightforward, just casual conversation, no surprise questions. If you really want to work for the company, you really shouldn't be picky when they ask you if you are willing to relocate.
