I applied online and met the recruiter at my university. The process was pretty easy. Had two interviews. The first one is the behavioral one where they ask you about.. tell me about a situation where.... and pretty much questions from your resume in the second one.

Interview
Applied online and got an email a couple weeks later scheduling a phone interview. Mainly behavioral questions, nothing too technical. It is good to have examples of projects or teams you have worked on that you can tailor toward the questions. Have yet to receive a follow-up.

Interview
An online assessment and 2 behavioral Skype interviews. Not too challenging or technical. Received an offer within a month or two. Hiring manager was very accommodating in regards to my other offer deadlines and starting date.
