Flexible and quick. I joined as an intern and was offered a full-time position at the end of the internship. Work was monitored and regular feedback provided. Appreciate the swift process. iring is usually done through job sites, following a round of interview and a short free sample assignment. Then another round of interview, a following one with the leadership, and they make an offer.
