Very easy and down to earth. They treat you with respect and work with you during the process. I had 2 total interviews and they were both online. ADP is looking for young and inspiring people to join their culture.
One interview - nothing too crazy in my opinion. I was asked to come to their headquarters for one interview with two people. Each interview was 30 minutes and easy going. I got a response next day.
Three rounds, your regional recruiter will reach out to you for a screening call, then there's an interview with the VP or your future SE, then there's a final confirmation call.
