Question 1
Most difficult is the waiting game. The interview was fairly simple and easy. They asked questions concerning your resume. The questions were not the regular generic ones, so I felt they really took the time to see what was on my resume and invest in getting to know me.

They had me do and an online pre-recorded interview then I had to pass a grammar test. Then it only took a week to hear back and schedule an in person interview.
The interview process at ADP was smooth and well-organized. The recruiter was very helpful throughout each step, providing clear communication and guidance. I felt supported and well-prepared for every stage.

What would be the first thing I do if a client tries to escalate a situation?
Web call with management to review the job title and duties. Asked about goals and role fit to do the job. Since we just use thirty words I Dont know what else to put
