I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at ADP in Mar 2017
Interview
The interview process was an absolute joke. Phone screen and final were 3 days apart. No one ever got back to me even after I followed up as instructed. Most unprofessional group and company I have ever encountered in my 30+ plus career history. Based on my experience with them I can completely understand why so many of their clients are unhappy with their products and services. They are cultivating a culture of no accountability and poor customer service.

Question 1
I was never actually asked a real question. There was no thought or organization to the process.
Thank you for the review. We take these types of missteps in the interview process very seriously and if you wish to provide more information, please contact us at adp_talent_community@adp.com --- thank you.
super easy, 3 stages with a phone call, round with the vp and field ride with a role play at the end. they want to see how you do on the road and in the field. there is a good portion of driving that comes with this job
Start with Internal recruiter, then a video meeting with VP, cold call role play to book appointment with VP and local Sales Manager, lastly in person meeting. Base pay up to $85k plus 10k first year training bonus distributed equally over 12 months

Question 1
What is your Biggest accomplishment in your career
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at ADP (Omaha, NE) in Mar 2026
Interview
Interview process was pretty straight forward. It started with an initial screening call, zoom meeting with a sales leader then in person interview with sales manager. They are big on role play and "what would you do in this scenario?"
