Initiated contact at a college career fair. I received a call later that day to set up an interview time for next morning. Interview was very relaxed, basic behavioral questions. A panel of three people was interviewing me; they each asked about three questions. Received an offer about three weeks later.

Applied online and received an email with a link to an online interview and was asked to record my answers to questions on video. The answers were then reviewed by a team member who then notifies the applicants of the decision.

The first interview was at a career fair at my college then they flew me down to Decatur, Illinois for the second one. The second interview was on a Monday and I got an offer that Friday.

The people were extremely friendly and wanted me to interview them as much as they were interviewing me to see if the job would be a good fit for both parties. I talked with them at my career fair and received a next day interview and got my job offer 1-2 days later.
