1. Phone interview by general HR
2. Second interview by Operations Department HR
3. Final panel interview by Operations Engineers

Interview
The HR manager is attentive and respectful and not intimidating at all. The process is also smooth. It is apparent and will not waste your time. The company is also looking for a specific skill to fit the needs of the business.
