Test tasks with panel interview. An email was sent with sample tasks, and after successful completion, an interview was scheduled with many people from the company sitting together. Overall they were more concerned with themselves than the applicant.

The panel spokesperson talked for long periods without any chance to respond. They are very self-important and prideful for generic work requiring no special skills.
