      Project Manager Interview

      Apr 16, 2010
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

The process took 2 days. I interviewed at ABN AMRO in Mar 2009

      Interview

A friend past along my cv and motivation later which I later heard helped a lot for being invited for an interview. The interview with the recruitment center lasted roughly an hour and they asked general questions on my background, career interest and ambition. This was followed by an assessment which included an interview with a psychologist and an IQ/personality test. Once I passed these I had a final interview with the boss of the division I wanted to work for.

      Question 1

There were no difficult questions: all very standard such as how would you proceed if you had to work with a coworker you didnt get a long with? What are your best strengths and weaknesses? What type of manager are you?
