There was a lack of follow through, communication was poor. Interview felt as if they already had a candidate but went through with it, then additionally searching for solutions to the challenges.

Interview
Had a chat with a recruiter who said he liked my resume/experience and seemed excited to pass my information to the next person for another interview. Recruiter asked for my availability, which I gave twice via email for two different weeks, and then I was ghosted. I followed up a couple weeks after and never received a reply. The position is still available almost 2 months after? Strange.
