Interview
I first met with 3M through the career fair at my University. I was then given an on campus interview. The on campus interview consisted of interviewing with two engineers from the Nevada, MO, plant. Approximately 4 weeks later I set up a plant interview. The plant interview consisted of two interviews. One, was with the plant manager, HR, and the hiring manager. The second interview was with an engineer who works at the plant. A week after the plant interview I received a phone call giving an update to the hiring process.

Question 1
The interview questions were the basic situation interview questions when I was being interviewed by the plant manager. When I was being interview by the engineer, the questions were more general in nature.
1. On campus video interview : 1 sr engineer + 1 current O2. 30 mins typical behavior interview
2. Quick 15 mins phone screen w hiring manager
3. 45 mins final video interview w two leadership in O2. Behavior questions again, no technical

1. Tell me one time that you see injustice in ur career life and how did u react
I applied on their website and received an initial interview soon after. The second interview was one week after the first. Neither required technical knowledge. Received an offer less than a week after my second interview.

First round interview with former O2 engineer at my university. Discussing my experiences and why I wanted to join the 3M community. Next round with director of engineering to understand situations I had been in and more qualitative questions.
