Does pt Health offer employee discounts?

Pros

Great co-workers. Great benefits (staff discount)

Cons

Feel not valued at all. Asked last manager If I can work full time as we are short-staffed, instead they hired new staff and they gave full-time hour with much more pay than the old employees. After a week or two, I tendered my resignation and that was the only time they gave me a raise. Told them about our concerns, couldn't do anything as I am determined to leave. I offered to work casual though for the benefits.

Advice to Management

A lot of your workers come and go. They don't feel valued at all. Learn how to take care of your employees because they are the one who will take care of your business.
