Does XIT Solutions offer an employee assistance or workplace counselling program?

Pros

1. Good place for a fresher to start their career with 2. Friendly environment 3. Ability to explore and work on cutting edge technologies along with internal training sessions 4. Encourages employees to work on different technologies with end to end project exposure 5. Fun activities 6. Management strict to their promises. 7. Good at dealing with employee concerns

Cons

1. Employee benefits in terms of perks 2. No clear cut process for whatever happens in org 3. Work life balance has to be improved (Not in all projects though)

Advice to Management

Would suggest looking into compensation structure and leaves policy. :)

Does XIT Solutions have any mentoring programs?

Pros

Coaching: Shows sincere interest in employees and the solutions to their problems Lends support and guidance to employees by assigning appropriate tasks Uses sound coaching techniques to solve disciplinary problems Is highly respected by employees for sharing concerns, problems, and opportunities Cooperation: Encourages collaboration with the team Shares ideas and techniques Displays a harmonious and cooperative spirit by assigning new challenges Gladly shares expertise Creativity: Clever and imaginative when confronted with obstacles Is continuously experimenting to drive output Seeks new ideas and approaches Innovation: Is very innovative under adverse conditions Seeks innovative solutions Fosters a curiosity for innovative possibilities Lastly, I would say it's a complete package where you can learn and see yourself grow.

Cons

Every coin has two sides if there are some pros then some cons can also exhibit. likewise, as I said Talking about cons no extra benefits for employees, no extracurricular activity for employees, no healthy competition, no privacy to employees and lastly would suggest for some infrastructure.

Advice to Management

Nothing as such as management is playing their role perfectly but would suggest looking into employee's workaround.

How do employees feel about their professional development opportunities at XIT Solutions?

Pros

Note : This review is date 12th October 2020. Lot of changes might have happened Superb Work - Life Balance (Depends on you - If you work well you feel cool otherwise it will be struggle - Applies not only to this company,to all companies basically) Given some task, do it and deliver it - You will be the happiest and free bird employee Seniors will help you whenever you are stuck Fun events where all members join and enjoy Table tennis - You can play table tennis whenever you want and there are Table tennis tournaments too. Co-employees, CEO and management are very friendly The company takes you to great restaurants for lunch treats and good vacation places. There will be learning sessions on various topics last one i attended was "Advanced Javascript" There are also training sessions on various technology stack for each employee and a competition after It and Cash prizes are too good. Coming to work, you will have good exposure and gain good knowledge. Work from home allowances (Especially for female employees, male employees - need to show your lead/senior that you will deliver work even at home)   When I left the company - they did the transition(Certificates) very smooth and fast.

Cons

Note : This review is date 12th October 2020. Lot of changes might have happened Need for - Spacious cafeteria, More frequent events Laptops are good but still need improvement in specs.

Advice to Management

  Note : This review is date 12th October 2020. Lot of changes might have happened Ask employees frequently about their concerns, track and address their concerns as soon as possible. Give more benefits to employees More frequent employee reward programs
