The money is good for the job. I'm making $21 an hour. Training for first aid and cpr, and use of force is free.

Cons

Lack of communication with management. Chaotic schedule. Could work night shift, morning and afternoon shift all in the same week. No room to grow with the company. If you plan to advance to a supervisor then manager position, be prepared to be stuck as a guard or contract supervisor for 10+ years.
