What is the salary like at Wodify?

Pros

Great group of colleagues; Salary isn't bad; Good team environment; Benefits are good; Relaxed dress code; Paid on time.

Cons

The job instability (you never know if tomorrow you will work there), you can't do anything wrong... Lack of focus from the management. We didn't had a HR. Too much gossip..

Does Wodify offer a daily bonus?

Pros

Good salary, good conditions, good co-workers, fantastic offices.

Cons

Initially the company seems like a dream of a place, with all the good conditions and spaces. She suffered a bad time and became obsessed with forcibly creating a culture and forcing employees to live it. Not all people felt good and some ended up leaving. Every day or almost all, they make you feel special, that you are part of the company but from one moment to the next they decided to dismiss everyone from an office for no apparent reason. They claimed that it was to avoid bankruptcy and were never transparent in that regard, they never previously warned of the company's situation. The great defect of this company is the strong intervention of the CEO who ends up interfering in everything and always making decisions and not trusting his employees.

Does Wodify offer bonus pay?

Pros

Rating may be closer to 4-stars, but a lot of the 1-stars here cherrypick certain things, so doing my best to balance it out a bit. - Atmosphere of the company has been becoming much more positive and collaborative. This is probably the most important thing to me - Coworkers are responsive, knowledgeable, and encouraging of each others work - The problems we have to solve are interesting and challenging (there are a lot of interrelated parts of the product, different system users, and different gym types) - Autonomy and ability to make an impact on the company; team is fairly small (but growing), so your work definitely shows - Good perks (gym/phone reimbursement), nice office w/ beer/wine and snacks, bonuses tied to realistic revenue goals etc.

Cons

Startup feel can be overwhelming: can't speak to all departments, but there usually isn't someone telling you what to do, stuff moves fast, and the industry is changing a lot.

Advice to Management

Make sure that onboarding / training focuses on relevant things, and exclude outdated tools that we no longer use.
