Since the management change there is a lot of bullying and lies. HR is strictly horrible. Marketing a modern company culture but in reality the mentality needs rethinking from top to bottom. Total lack of consistent communication between management and employees. Due to high turnover rate, you usually find your team understaffed, and the mass of work is enormous. Stressful environment. Low automation rate, growing tech debt, no time or true will for improvement. No respect for employees who actually contribute to the company. Lies and fake promises to keep you in the company. Bureaucracy reminds of communist regimes. You have a problem and you have no access to speak to the people with authority. Looks like people get promoted beside of good public relations and not because of merit. No official training at all.

Don't try to market a nice picture, hire people who know and create a good company. There is no consistency between what managers promise and what HE is willing to discuss. Strategy framework is flawed. Modernize your processes. Be CONSISTENT. None will believe management when you advertise something and behind the scenes you exactly the opposite.
