Does Walker Group offer a yearly bonus?

Pros

If you can put up with the mind-numbing repetitiveness of nothing changing with your brain shut off, then you could survive. I would only recommend someone working here if their life partner is the bread winner, and this would just be to supplement the family income for that extra trip each year. Thankfully this company is now a shell of what they used to be. Ownership and C-levels ran the business into the ground. They did so poorly that their own insurance company took over some of the business so that they don't end up in the red.

Cons

Management not fit to lead. They couldn't "manage" a team of knives out of a wet paper bag, but ownership turns a blind eye. Ownership is content with employee career suppression so that they don't have to pay them more. No raises the last 3 years was there.

Advice to Management

Management has seemed to have fooled ownership and have settled into their positions. They're smart enough to know that they're too stupid to do anything else. So everything they do is overkill to overcompensate that they actually don't know anything.

No raises the last 3 years was there.
