Advice to Management

Management had their issues but the main issues originated in the corporate office. There was such a lack of communication from compito their other international offices.

Pros

Good employee experience especially for the young people. Great benefits, lots of time off, holidays its closed get to spend time with family and friends. Lots of learning development and lots of new tools and skills to learn. You gain access to high profile leaders externally and internally, all while making a great difference through programs and initiatives to support young people locally and internationally.

The normal growing pains that the leadership is always working to improve

Good benefits, free food and coffee, fun company events, good people working at manager and coordinator levels

Cons

Cult like environment, misreporting to partners and donors, culture of secrecy and intimidation perpetuated by the founders who behaved like robots and had a history of yelling at employees publically.

Advice to Management

Dismantle the organization and do better.
