How are senior leaders perceived at U.S. Security Associates?
Pros
Many of the people who are new are polite and do the right thing.
Cons
Many of the staff that have been there the longest bend the rules for each other and watch each-others backs when breaking the rules. I do not recommend working for Kelly. This small security team is awash with nepotism and unprofessional management.
