How do employees feel about their professional development opportunities at Trouw Nutrition?

Pros

Very Easy job to learn

Cons

Long hours (42.5), bad pay, same issues keep occurring with the same people and are never resolved, lack of proper training, very repetitive. Lack of willingness to change and improve and in most parts of the lab and additionally new ideas aren’t listened to or implemented. Overall not somewhere you would want to work for a significant amount of time as it’s mind numbingly repetitive and there’s no progression at all within the lab so no chance of different roles and/or pay rises.
