How do employees feel about working conditions at TripStack?
Pros
1. Pay is fixed and okay as per market standards. 2. Work environment is fun and friendly. 3. There are learning and knowledge transfer sessions arranged for everyone. 4. Everyone is accessible in hierarchy. 5. Lucky one's might have opportunity to try their hands at different tech stack. 6. Few managers are awesome leaders and skilled.
Cons
1. There is no check on politics played by senior management. Only a few of them conduct duties with honesty, dedication and sincerity. 2. Many employees resort to fawning and flattering for survival and unfortunately, the management welcomes it. There is no proper anonymous way to lodge grievances and getting them addressed. 3. The pay is okay but does not match the exploitation being carried out. 4. There is no proper platform to properly access the productivity and recognise the employee. The real gems go unnoticed and unsung in the biased environment. Unnecessary highlights to certain roles and people. 5. No career or personal growth option.

What is overtime like at TripStack?
Pros
Free meal once a week (not offered during covid so no Pros actually) Have a lot of money so good equipment.
Cons
Elitist and micromanaging upper management. Promised employees compensation for working over time and on weekends but did not pay - they still owe multiple employees thousands of dollars. They will flat out lie to you in terms of your role and what you'll actually be working on. Since the reviews on Glassdoor are negative, they even hire under false company names. (Yes multiple fake names). They used to post ads under sFlight Network but now they hire using their parent company name, E-traveli. Recruiting candidates on deception, you can only imagine what kind of toxic place this is to work. Don't care about their employees well being of career progression; they will just overwork you (including after hours and weekends) and underpay you SIGNIFICANTLY. DO NOT RECOMMEND
