To have more variety in work you can provide domain switching

Pros

I joined as a fresher and here are some pros - 1) There's a lot to learn and understand. 2) As it a startup, you will have the opportunity to bring new ideas to the table, and if the ideas can help the company grow, you will be able to lead your idea. 3) It's fun to be around a group of geeks / techies 4) Seniors are polite; they will take the time to listen to your concerns and then explain things to you 5) Management / Team Leads are really very understanding; you can plan your leaves whenever you want, and if urgent, you can even inform them at last minute. 6) And also, how silly my question / findings are, they are never ignored

Cons

1) In comparison to other companies, internet incentives are low. 2) I haven't encountered any other cons as of yet

Advice to Management

I'm not sure, but it would be great if Tripstack provides each employee with the same device (some with windows and some with Mac).
