Does Traction on Demand offer massages?

Pros

Great co-workers, lots of opportunity for career growth and personal learning. Despite the now virtual office, they've done a great job at maintaining workplace culture and team collaboration.

Cons

Many of the best perks were office-based (free lunch, events etc). Really, I just miss the free lunch.

Does Traction on Demand offer relocation assistance?

Pros

Traction is an incredibly dynamic company, always trying to do things different from the norm, which can be refreshing. Unique benefits include a lunch program, fun activities every week and alot of charitable things going on. Traction prides itself on being 'anti-establishment' in a polite sort of way, which if this turns your crank, Traction is your place. For people ready to fully immerse themselves in a company and give it 275% - Traction is the place for you. Benefits package is pretty unique. While it does not offer RRSP matching like alot of companies do, there are some neat perks like PSA's which can be used for sports memberships and other similar things.

Cons

The company mantra is to 'disrupt' the market(s) & all archaic norms around it; and unfortunately this mantra is often improperly applied to many many things, where this approach is not practical nor necessary, which time & time again ends up costing the company excess time, money & energy. Traction is also a fast paced environment where if you're not ready to hit the ground running - it will be difficult to find support when you need it most. Mentor-ship is not commonplace and often one can feel like they are on an island. Another source of pride is 'untraining' new hires. The idea is no matter who you are and what experience you bring to the table - be prepared to be 'untrained' and not use that experience. Very daunting if you are initially hired for your experience & skillset... Be prepared to work ALOT - if you're not prepared to work late or on weekends you'll raise eyebrows and end up on lists you'd rather not be on. I saw firsthand folks who simply couldn't work 60+ hour weeks due to family commitments & ended up being alienated as a result.

Benefits package is pretty unique.

Does Traction on Demand offer a wellness program?

Pros

Being surrounded by friendly, passionate and helpful co-workers is super important to me. So far, I've felt nothing but good vibes from every single person I've met at Traction - it's incredible. The work perks are epic; free lunches, health and wellness accounts, great office events, Whistler house, team retreats, and the cutest office doggos. I'm still a total newbie, but I'm 100% drinking the kool-aid, and it's delicious.

Cons

Crowded office, which can sometimes be distracting.

Advice to Management

Keep it up! You've managed to create something really special.
