What kind of career opportunities exist at TalentWorld?

Pros

Turn Key has some of the best internal management I have seen at any employment agency. The people are wonderful to work with and there is a great workplace culture within the offices. Opportunities for growth if you're hard working.

Cons

Same as with any job in this sector: can be stressful, fast paced and busy. Nothing I would really consider too much of a 'con'.

What is the feeling of job security at TalentWorld?

Pros

-I met some great people who were also overworked and underpaid -I learned what to look for in a company moving forward, AKA any company that is the exact opposite of TalentWorld

Cons

-I have been temporarily laid off for months, with no update on the status of my employment (after working for the company for years) -Leadership played favourites and it resulted directly in high levels of layoffs and the company being run further into the ground -Left an ATS that allowed for smart-working to one that required months of prep work (packed 2 weeks because of another leadership fail) and that continued to not meet the needs of staff, candidates or clients -Incredibly low salaries, no commission, bare minimal vacation and sick day -This company employs the "pizza party" method of trying to boost employee moral, but I know I'd prefer a living wage, supportive environment and to work for a leadership team that is actually intelligent over a free lunch once a month or some snacks once a week -I wouldn't recommend being a great employee or superstar at this company, as it only puts a target on your back for a leadership team that believes in rewarding incompetence and quivers at the thought of empowered employees

Advice to Management

Realize where the value lies in the few remaining good employees you have left.
