How are senior leaders perceived at TWG?

Pros

Im rly sorry to say this but there are no pros anymore.

Cons

I came on here thinking other ppl would have left this review bc things are rly bad at TWG, but there werent any so I guess Ill leave it.  TWG was acquired by deloitte and I cant imagine it going worse. We knew there were issues at the company about diversity and salaries and that a lot of leaders had left but honestly I think some ppl still had faith in the remaining leadership to do an acquisition well and look out for employees.  Everywhere you turn now there are huge issues. Ppls salaries dont make sense when talking to colleagues. Srsly toxic environment especially w diversity issues. The tools just arent how you work in tech and for some reason senior leaders want to pretend this is a great opportunity for anyone here.  Almost everyone I still respect is actively interviewing. Im rly sorry to have to leave this review but TWG doesn't exist anymore and probably hasnt for a while. I wasnt willing to rly believe that all the negative things I was hearing were true but they all are. Look somewhere else for a job.

Advice to Management

I dont think you can fix anything youve done but maybe say sorry to ppl? I would actually respect if senior ppl apologized for their mistakes over the last while.

What are some insights into the strategy or vision at TWG?

Pros

Has a pretty good company culture, loads of camaraderie, direct managers are competent and will get to know you well.

Cons

Poor leadership at the highest levels, no clear company vision or goals. Projects are uninteresting and are mostly "Just build the thing", which is not what TWG sells to you when you are hired. Only one manager of a 15 person PM team, no ability to take on reports or grow leadership skillsets.

Poor leadership at the highest levels, no clear company vision or goals.
