What is a typical working day like at TEAM Group?
Pros
- great coworkers - positive Safety culture - favorable company growth and advancement - professional development opportunities
Cons
- long hours - potential weekend and night shift working As we work on our customers sites, we need to work around production and maintenance priorities. This leads us to schedule shifts on short notice, weekends and on nights.
Advice to Management
I enjoy my career at Team Group and proud of the work that my team, colleagues and associates have accomplished in my time here. I would suggest our expansion in recent years into the EU (France) continue and look forward to a more profitable, diverse and value-driven business.
