Does TD offer dental insurance?

Pros

The Pay and Paid Time Off are good. The options for health and dental were nice. The 401k program matches your first 3%.

Cons

Unrealistic sales goals. And workload. The company worries more about perception than their actual goals and direction. Employees are merely cogs in the machine. This used to be a great company, but is now just another money grubbing super-bank.

Advice to Management

Stop being "YES MEN" and voice concerns in high level meetings that dictate policy and procedure. Actually care about your Customers and Employees. Welcome, not stifle ideas and thought. Try living the culture you preach.

The options for health and dental were nice.
