How are senior leaders perceived at Spreadshirt?

Pros

Very transparent decision-making Great managers Little hierarchy Generally an open-minded, friendly culture Motivated developers

Cons

"Open Platform Principle" - some borderline designs spreading Fake-News and Conspiracy-Theories are allowed to be sold by the partners.

Advice to Management

Rethinking the "open-platform"-principle. In my opinion a business not only _can_ decide not to give a platform to certain views and people. I think it definitely _should_ take responsibility for what it produces. Other than that I feel very well informed about the state of the company, like the open and friendly culture a lot and have a good feeling about working at Spreadshirt.

How is management perceived at Spreadshirt?

Pros

* the culture is quite relaxing. No dress code etc * close to no corporate BS * sometimes vegetables * super high freedom as developer: develop, test, deploy, monitor and fix it all yourself * nice events/parties * colleagues to have a fun time with

Cons

Technical management has all the management but without technical understanding. For an e-commerce company I expected more tech. understanding / visions from the management. Some seats in this company will be kept by the same person regardless of success / failure. #bromance

Advice to Management

Have a look at other tec companies and how their management is handling the challenges. Drawing some new organization charts once in a while won't solve all the problems.
