Intensive, although perhaps not always relevant training which is not hard, contrary to many reviews. Generally helpful, friendly people. Plenty of resources at your disposal, good benefits, and solid company culture.

Low base pay and perhaps too much focus on micro-managing and managing managers.

Advice to Management

Hire fewer people and pay more, fewer activity/corporate mandates from above which encourage micro managing and focusing on the right things, more allowances for good people to move between roles and departments internally more quickly.
