Pros
I thoroughly enjoyed working at SickKids and would highly consider going back. I worked more on the corporate side of things, there was lots of flexibility with my scheduling. My manager was very supportive in terms of my immediate duties but also helpful with career development opportunities. There are lots of collaboration opportunities between departments which was really nice to see and be involved in. The benefits package was solid, the pay was very fair.
Cons
Parking prices for staff is still very expensive at $16 a day, needless to say I ended up commuting.
