Very good work environment, international experience and exchange opportunities with staff from regional offices, constant support from HQ and regional offices related to the job position.
Cons
No downside in working with SFCG, maybe just more career opportunities for staff, to know that there is a chance to move higher up.
Advice to Management
There is a need for more in person training, possibilities for capacity building by visiting other offices and learning from similar positions would be a great way to enhance the experience of the employees, especially taking into account the opoortunities that exist.
