No diversity (specifically Minorities) in upper management, no room to grow as an employee, upward mobility is not an option in the NY office. Experienced employees are kept in low level roles for years on end. The only solution is to leave while you still have your wits about you

Advice to Management

Pay more attention to the people that are doing the actual work and can answer the tough questions. Inclusivity in strategic conversations will go a long way to build a bridge between both groups.

Multicultural, open minded, customer focused, dedicated and creates the best environment for its employees

Cons

Sometimes there are too many tasks to work on at the same time. But that also helps to become a great multi-tasker.
