Do employees at Scotiabank receive pay raises?

Pros

Good salary End of year bonus (approx 2x salary) extra-legal bonus every 6 months every year you have a increase of salary based on inflation of past year + a percentaje based on your performance of past year personally i can work remotely 100% Canadian colleagues are very very kind and open to help the entire team.

Cons

sometimes changes a lot of procedures. i can work remotely 100%, however i cant work remotely outside of my country. the salary increase can be a bit better for apply to jobs on another countries, is possible to do, but they dont sponsor the process..
