Pros
Consistent work, good bonus but it mainly depends on how generous your advisor will be. Benefits and vacation days.
Cons
Don't expect bonus or large salary increase from the branch. Incentive is a "privilege" not a "right" and depends on how nice your advisor feels. Can be stressful and work can be overwhelming if you don't have a great connection with your advisor team.

Pros
- learning opportunities to advance into an advisors team - working for the Bank kind of security - Benefits (Dental/ insurances) -paid sick leave
Cons
- salary is one of the lowest I have every seen as they haven't updated their salary levels as you'll get easily 10k more at any investment firm - advisors are not fun to deal with - there is no sense of community or support
Advice to Management
Management is great, well the one I worked under however there need to be a stronger advocacy for the salaries of the BOA's and admin roles because honestly it's crumbs.
