I filled out a paper application, they called me up the next day and asked if I wanted to come work for a couple of hours before hiring me on to see if I was a good fit. The interview process was really laid-back as it was mainly filling out paperwork.

Cons

There are long periods of down-time, so find something productive to do to help out otherwise you're just standing around. There was also a high employee turnover rate.

There needs to be more team culture to motivate employees.
