What is the salary like at Rogers Insurance?

Pros

Dog friendly office, weekly popcorn and slushies, various social events, wellness rooms, and insane Christmas party celebrations. The people are great and know how to have fun.

Cons

Low salary despite marketing themselves as competitive, management is shady and very clicky, culture is not that great.

Advice to Management

Show that you value your employees beyond surface level perks.

What are sales commissions like at Rogers Insurance?

Pros

Good benefits, some great people in the management team, fun place to work and Peter Rogers is one of the greatest human beings you will ever meet!

Cons

Only negative is there are some Produceds who are toxic and are allowed to get away with it because they bring in enough commission to make it acceptable to the upper management team.

Advice to Management

Just get rid of the toxic people so all the greatness that Rogers is, can shine through and keep the positivity over negativity This is easily a 5srar company if they would get rid of the couple toxic, abrasive people like Wendy
