How are senior leaders perceived at Rogers Communications?

Pros

Generous employee discount, wealth accumulation plan, community and volunteer activity, compensation is fair and competitive, strong senior leadership, room for advancement, mental health resources

Cons

Originally slow to change but have since proven that they can be agile with how quickly we adapted to covid and getting people working from home safely

Advice to Management

Thank you for doing such a fantastic job being transparent and keeping everyone well informed during this difficult time and keeping our safety as the number one priority.

What are some insights into the strategy or vision at Rogers Communications?

Pros

The CEO is customer focused. The pay is decent. The people are great to work with.

Cons

Non stop call flow. Bathroom breaks are extremely frowned upon. The ignite system doesnt always work, but once the custoner gets it they're stuck with it. High stress environment. Kitchener location costs $140/m for parking. Systems are extremely slow and inconsistant. Customers ae constantly irrate.

Advice to Management

The workload of Ignite Concierge needs to be diluted. The department needs more people.

The CEO is customer focused.
