Great benefits and salary, maternity leave is 4.5 months. Option to buy shares. Good bonus (12% for Managers)
Cons
Needs more flexibility on working from home or in other offices for people living across the GTA.

Less micromanagement and more room to work independently.

50% discount on services and Blue Jays tickets, other perks Potentially a relaxed work environment if you aren't in a busy store The commission can be good (was formerly amazing)
Cons
Mentally taxing at times Customers are often hostile Pay has drastically decreased over the years with more responsibilities added Complete lack of anything resembling Corporate - Retail synergy Busy stores strictly enforce policies Work is largely unrewarding and mundane Workplace systems are extremely dated, often dealing with store-level tech issues

Does Rogers Communications assist with or provide work transportation?
Pros
Consistent base pay. Good car allowance. Full autonomy.
Cons
Commission pay is changed yearly. Too many systems to work with and they do not talk to each other. Sales results wrong half the time.
Advice to Management
Stop taking money from sales people. Just pay them what they deserve.
