What are co-workers like at Rogers Communications?

Pros

There is a lot of overtime and the coworkers are nice, good health life benefits, nice culture and promoting diversity , discount is nice (50% off services ) and third party discounts for gym, apple, car insurance and a lot more etc. training is paid and good

Cons

management dont care about how they treat you when you are a frontline worker, always makin excuses, they are not afraid to lay off anyone because they keep hiring all the time, employees are not treated very well if you work in the frontline (bad salary increase and variable pay bonus) stressful as performance is always monitored and it is severe and annoying

Advice to Management

To keep your employees you should be fair on performance rating as it affects their wage and also do events instead of skipping christmas party every year to buyout a other sub companies we know you have money
