What are sales commissions like at Rogers Communications?

Pros

good benefits, growth opportunities, bonuses, raises, commission on top of base salary, decent pay, retirement savings options, company investment options

Cons

sitting all day, dealing with angry customers, repetitive work, boring work, taught to intentionally deceive and screw over customers, rogers is in general an evil company who doesn't care about its customers at all and will do anything to make money

Advice to Management

the management team was actually great. fantastic people who were really nice and did a good job

How often do employees say they are paid at Rogers Communications?

Pros

- pay is given on time - good insurance - comission is descent if you are good at sales

Cons

- base is low in comparison with job responsibilities - needs change in management - lack of support - information overload - training needs improvement. Training is like a lecture. The teacher speaks and the student listens and is expected to remember everything.

Advice to Management

Management needs to treat employees as humans. If management improves, the job is a great position to learn how to manage your territory, build relationships, and make sales through different marketing initiatives.

Does Rogers Communications offer bonus pay?

Pros

There is a lot of overtime and the coworkers are nice, good health life benefits, nice culture and promoting diversity , discount is nice (50% off services ) and third party discounts for gym, apple, car insurance and a lot more etc. training is paid and good

Cons

management dont care about how they treat you when you are a frontline worker, always makin excuses, they are not afraid to lay off anyone because they keep hiring all the time, employees are not treated very well if you work in the frontline (bad salary increase and variable pay bonus) stressful as performance is always monitored and it is severe and annoying

Advice to Management

To keep your employees you should be fair on performance rating as it affects their wage and also do events instead of skipping christmas party every year to buyout a other sub companies we know you have money
