Does Rentsync offer an employee assistance or workplace counselling program?

Pros

- Does their best to integrate everyone. Despite the roll being remote, you really feel part of a team, and an integral, appreciated member of the company as well. You feel cared about. - The members of the support team are just lovely. In fact, nearly everyone in the company is pleasant to deal with. - It's exciting to be a part of a company that is growing and expanding. Additionally, as it is a growing company job stability is good, and opportunities to move your way up are available. - Good employee benefits!

Cons

- The company is still figuring out things in terms of consolidating protocols, practices and policies for the individual rental sites, which can feel a little bit chaotic. - Customers can be difficult to deal with, but this is something that is to be expected in any customer service position.

Advice to Management

- Would be nice to have a clearer idea of what is offered in terms of growth opportunities in the company, what options are available, and what the means are. - The Rentals.ca support team needs more love. Make sure you listen to them when they want something implemented in their website.

How are the career development opportunities at Rentsync?

Pros

The company had a great culture, and gives lot of opportunity to those employees that want to further their career. My manager is also amazing, and I like the ability to work from home.

Cons

Compensation was solid (if unspectacular), but they have taken steps to improve it. As well, the culture is still strong, though it has been tougher since so many new employees have been hired remote only.

Leadership is extremely supportive and works hard to create a good company culture. Very transparent with whats going on throughout the company. Lots of internal opportunities for professional development.

Remote work model sometimes leads to communication barriers
