Does Relish Studios offer vacation time?
Pros
Relish is filled with kind, collaborative, creative, and talented people! I feel energized and inspired to get to work with people that are so passionate about what they do and what they create. I feel like I can freely share my ideas/opinions and they are heard and respected. Everyone is always willing to lend a helping hand and it's great to work in an environment where employees genuinely celebrate one another in their accomplishments. Relish also offers employees generous time off, work flexibility, great compensation, and a lot of opportunities to grow and develop. They are also fully remote and want employees to work where they feel most comfortable, but still have office spaces if you like going in!
Cons
Things move fast at Relish because the company is growing so quickly and you get to work on exciting projects, this may require you to adapt if you are used to a slower pace!
Relish also offers employees generous time off, work flexibility, great compensation, and a lot of opportunities to grow and develop.

What kind of career opportunities exist at Relish Studios?
Pros
Relish employs a really wide-ranging team of passionate people that make it feel like anything's possible. It is inspiring to work at an organization that makes so many cool things; games, animation, digital products, tv and film. It also means there's lots of opportunity to learn new skills. The culture is very strong with great work/life balance and people who are really nice and easy to work with.
Cons
Relish is growing quickly and experiencing some management and communication pains (like any organization might in similar circumstances) but they seem aware of this and have brought on some great hires who have started to address these areas.
Advice to Management
Nothing significant; they are aware of some issues borne out of growing bigger and are taking actions to address those.
It also means there's lots of opportunity to learn new skills.
