Does RBC offer life insurance?

Pros

Paid OTL training, paid for examinations managers and trainers are friendly great co workers decent pay, but not enough for the workload great benefits 8am-8pm Monday to Friday 8am-4pm Saturday Generous paid vacation however there are many restrictions on how to book

Cons

There is a reason why there is a large turnover unrealistic sales goals in a call centre environment they do not like to call it a call centre, even though it is one every call was expected to end with a sale, not realistic very strict underwriting rules made it difficult to get a sale they do not have a zero tolerance policy, customers are allowed to be abusive over the phone and you have to give a warning 3x before you are allowed to hang up high pressure sales environment high pressure on life insurance even though you are only licensed for home and auto??? if you are great at selling life insurance, go for the life advisor role no room for advancement in insurance here unless you want to become a team leader. Or a director ! Thats it you're pretty much done there. Consider AVIVA if you want to progress in insurance as many advisors have done Getting time off is a joke, you have to make a vacation bid which most likely you will not end up with your first couple of choices
