What is the hiring process like at Q4?

The hiring test assessment was child play.

Cons

The company HRs are very slow. I applied for job as technical support analyst in feb 2021 , HR reached out in april stating you are too junior for the role but we have client support analyst (contract 6 months) and team lead role for support ( permanent)job for you. I was tricked for team lead role with basic behavioural questions which was concluded we are proceeding with strong candidates but client support is the role for you!! Bottom line you will land job with this trick. Later in training for 1 week there was quizz mcq and written question and passing mark criteria was 85% . I scored 85% which was micromanaged by trainers and senior management stating this job is very tough for you and you take time to soak in our documentation. I was threat even passing 85% prior that I will be fired in this contract role position if 79 score ( which was micromanage by trainer themselves) . Firing people is trend and this was my 1 week 4 day experience with them. Please do not go for this scam company and management.They will promise you to make you permanent but they won’t.

Advice to Management

Why not hire proper trainers who know more about your own product ? Do not threat people to fire them and suggest them that you will be provided with references from Q4 in their 8 days of training . If candidate is capable that was only reason he or she was hired from you folks!!
