How is management perceived at PointClickCare?

Pros

Good relationship between colleagues on my team

Cons

You're only recognized when you do something wrong. Any accomplishments are seen as norm since there are so many high performing employees but it is very discouraging to never be praised or told you are valued as an employee while working 60 plus hours a week. The yearly rating system is designed for failure, hardly allowing anyone to get a raise without specifics as to why, just a "do better next year" excuse. You're left on your own to figure out issues without assistance for fear of going to your management team because they will put you on a "needs improvement" list for asking questions.

Advice to Management

Don't forget each team that works so hard to make each part of the company move forward. Pay attention to newer employees to find out how they are adjusting to PCC life and get advice from them on how training internally could be improved.
