What is the company culture like at PointClickCare?

Pros

great benefit package and work from home flexibility in some teams

Cons

poor leadership. Managers stay in their role for years with no desire to move on which limits everyone below them. They do not appreciate their employees enough especially tenured ones. Highly political and a poor performance management process. Wouldn't recommend more than 2 years in the org, career killer. Gain the experience an move to another company. They have a vision of the culture and value they desire to be but honestly they are far from it and keep hiring the wrong talents for change management.
