Does Pioneer offer vacation time?

Pros

Amazing management and owners. Family oriented, relaxed and friendly work environment.

Cons

Salary was below average, but work environment,paid time off, Christmas bonuses and gifts along with many other perks made up for it.

Does Pioneer offer health savings accounts?

Pros

Flexibility and autonomy for field employees is a huge plus. Benefits are great. 9% 401k match, Stock purchase program, great dental and vision. Health ins premium is low premium and higher deductible but includes HSA which company puts $$ into as well. Healthy family = Very low yearly costs. Communication with Management is decent and getting better all the time. Focus on the customer is at the center of the culture.

Cons

If you’re a field employee and not a self-starter, this isn’t the company for you.
