Good Colleagues Work Life Balance Insurance Policy

List is big Pay is not upto the mark Poor and aimless management IJP is just a notification released for formality. Neither your manager nor the hiring manager will give you an opportunity to grow. Favoritism works everywhere. Promotions are clearly based on favoritism. You will not be recognized until unless you are close to the management.

Does Parexel offer malpractice insurance?

Pros

Good work life balance, good facilities like work from homes and decentralized jobs. Good Cab & food facility. Good insurance.

Cons

Now a days they are hiring people only from North. Could clearly observe Regional feelings. No retention policy. They don't consider even senior employee's request, once the resource resigns.

Advice to Management

If there is a large number of people leaving the project in the same time, under the same manager, atleast higher manager should investigate the reasons and take necessary actions.
