Pros
- There are a lot of interesting projects. - Colleagues are easygoing and respectful to other stakeholders opinions. - Management try to be as transparent as possible. - There is room to grow, but you have to be the one pushing to do it. - Good work life balance. - Good communication, and desire to be better everyday. - There are a lot of inspiring colleagues.

- Depends of the role, but the schedule is not that flexible. - Contractors don’t have health benefits, paid maternal leave, retirement, etc.
